As our DevOps Engineer, you will own and optimize our cloud infrastructure, automation, and production reliability in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, with exposure to GCP as an advantage.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and infrastructure changes; CircleCI experience is preferred.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate scripting, infrastructure automation, CI/CD configuration, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), primarily Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Automate configuration management and system provisioning using Ansible.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and network issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Ensure infrastructure adheres to security best practices and organizational standards.
  • Configure and maintain networking components, including proxies, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and cloud networking.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt technologies and practices that improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - an advantage. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, building and maintaining production environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/ECR, EKS, Lambda, IAM, and VPC.
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of day-to-day engineering workflows, including scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure configuration.
  • Experience with GCP - an advantage
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt - a must.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible – an advantage.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Python experience, with the ability to develop scripts and tools for automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, DNS, load balancing, and VPNs.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and troubleshooting containerized workloads.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, Bitbucket Pipelines, or equivalent tools; CircleCI experience is preferred.
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including performance, networking, permissions, and security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Fast learner with a broad technical mindset and strong team-player attitude.
  • Can-do attitude with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
