About The Position

FireArc owns, develops, and continually optimizes an intricate system of digital assets, contents, and infrastructures, all contributing to our digital advertising ecosystems.

We are passionate about developing and continually optimizing innovative B2C software products and services. Our incredibly talented and energetic team is expanding, and we’re searching for a skilled and data-driven Business Analyst to help us drive strategic decision-making and scale to new heights.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Developing a measurement strategy and defining KPIs to track performance effectively.
  • Designing data structures, generating actionable product insights, and identifying new opportunities for growth in the marketing domain.
  • Collaborating with employees across the company, at all levels of seniority, including team members, senior leadership, and various departments.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Operating in a dynamic and uncertain environment, demonstrating the ability to face challenges, learn from failures, and try again.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/product analytics or a similar role, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing campaigns and delivering business impact.
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and performance ad platforms.
  • Expertise in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and attribution modeling to assess marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and user segmentation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experiment design to improve campaign/funnel performance.
  • Data visualization skills: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for impactful reports and dashboards.
  • A fast learner and problem solver: Thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly to change, and tackles challenges confidently.
  • Ability to drive execution, initiate projects, and manage them from start to end.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Advantages

  • Experience with Python, including proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and clustering analysis tools (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Experience in the gaming industry, particularly online gaming.
  • Experience working in B2C companies.
