We are passionate about developing and continually optimizing innovative B2C software products and services. Our incredibly talented and energetic Performance Marketing Team is expanding, and we’re searching for a skilled and data-driven User Acquisition Manager to help us scale to new heights.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance campaigns to drive growth across multiple products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, optimize creatives, and uncover opportunities for new product types.
  • Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve results.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to implement cutting-edge acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, data) to align marketing efforts with product goals and user needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, managing high-budget campaigns for global companies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and other key performance marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
  • A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges and a genuine passion for continuous growth.
