Our incredibly talented and energetic Performance Marketing Team is expanding, and we’re searching for a skilled and data-driven Junior User Acquisition Manager to help us scale to new heights.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Own & Optimize Campaigns – Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive real business impact.
  • Experiment and innovate—Always think one step ahead. Test new strategies, creatives, and audience targeting to improve results.
  • Take the Lead – We’ll give you the tools and guidance, but you’ll be in the driver’s seat—taking initiative, setting priorities, and making things happen.
  • Data-Driven Growth – Dive deep into data, analyze trends, and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements

  •  0-2 years of experience in PPC/Media Buying/User Acquisition (but a passion for data and performance marketing matters more than experience).
  • Fluent English (written) – a must!
  • Excel Proficiency – Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.) to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fast Learner & Independent Thinker – You figure things out, adapt quickly, and take initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep things structured, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple campaigns precisely.
  • Highly Curious & Growth-Oriented – You ask questions, seek out new knowledge, and continuously push yourself to improve.
  • Creative Problem-Solver – You love experimenting, thinking outside the box, and finding new ways to win.
